  Walked in, no customers in line, only one staff at the counter and no one even acknowledged my presence. If you want me to use your damn kiosks, then you had better give me a discount for using them! Otherwise, I expect to be acknowledged and served as soon as I approach the counter. You lost my business today. I'll go elsewhere for my food.

  Fantastic service, clean restaurant, nice atmosphere! I visited this McDonalds during the last week of Dec 2016. I forgot my retainer on my tray and accidentally dumped it into the trash. Came back 30 minutes later only to be told that trash was already taken out to the dumpster in the parking lot. The employee I spoke to looked like the manager based on her uniform (collared white shirt, black slacks). She was a young blonde woman with braces. She showed me the dumpster and then proceeded to jump inside of it and open up bags to look for the retainer. Thank you for making me feel like a valued customer! Customer care 10/10

  Waited about 15 mins for food, was very warm, I'd say the AC in the building was broken, floors were somewhat dirty and drink and condiment area was a mess. I've been at this store before and service was great must be having a difficult day

  EVERY time we try to go here something is broken or they are out. We wanted shamrock shakes we tried 2 times a week apart, the machine was broken. We tried to get lattes, put of syrup. Not to mention the drive thru is unbelievably slow.

  We prefer to drive to drive to the other side of town to this McDonald's. They have a reputation for offering friendly, polite service and their accuracy on orders is spot on! The restaurant is clean and well stocked.
  Management is great and an overall friendly atmosphere.
  WAY too many bad experiences at the other location (Gateway) and it's filthy in there! Stick with McDonald's on McDonald's street and you won't be disappointed.
